Cancellations requested before accessing the course or attending a session may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Once a participant has accessed course materials, joined a class, or begun the program, refunds may not be available.

Participants may be offered the option to reschedule their program depending on availability.

BTG Service Group LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program if necessary. In such cases, participants will be notified and provided with alternative scheduling options.
